Q. Do you provide any warranty on your work?
Yes, we offer 1-year Service warranty and 10 years product warranty. Furniture and fixtures carry manufacturer-guaranteed warranties.
Q. What if something breaks or gets damaged later?
Report issues within the warranty period and we’ll inspect and repair at no extra cost under warranty terms.
Q. Do you offer post-handover support?
Yes, we provide 3 months of free post-handover support and guidance.
Q. Do you provide an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)?
Yes, on request, we can offer annual maintenance contracts for ongoing upkeep and support.
Q. What is not covered under warranty?
Warranty excludes misuse, accidents, natural wear & tear, non-approved modifications, and work by third parties without our oversight.
Q. Do you give written documents for warranties?
Yes, all warranties and their terms are spelled out in your project file and final handover document.
