Material Selection

Q. What types of wood materials do you use for furniture?

We use only high-quality and durable materials. At Xclusive Interiors, we never use low-grade options like Particle Board, MDF, or HDF.

Our preferred materials include:

  • BWR or BWP Plywood – Moisture and water-resistant, ideal for long-term use
  • HDHMR Boards – High-density, termite-proof, and waterproof; preferred for premium finishes
  • Block Boards – Used for wardrobe shutters to prevent bending in longer panels

Material is chosen based on project needs and client preferences to ensure strength and longevity.

Modular furniture is factory-made with precision, offering cleaner finishes and faster installation. Carpentry-made furniture is crafted on-site, allowing more customization during execution.

At Xclusive Interiors, we offer both options and even a combination of modular and carpentry work to suit your space, budget, and design preferences.

Furniture finishes vary based on design needs and budget. Common options include:

  • Laminate – Durable and budget-friendly, available in matte, glossy, high-gloss, and stone textures
  • Veneer – Offers a premium wood look; needs periodic polishing
  • Acrylic – High-gloss, thick finish with a sleek modern feel
  • PU/Deco Paint – Matte or glossy finish, smooth and elegant
  • Solid Surface (Corian) – Seamless and premium, often used for countertops

We help you choose the right finish to match your design style and durability expectations.
