Our preferred materials include:
- BWR or BWP Plywood – Moisture and water-resistant, ideal for long-term use
- HDHMR Boards – High-density, termite-proof, and waterproof; preferred for premium finishes
- Block Boards – Used for wardrobe shutters to prevent bending in longer panels
Material is chosen based on project needs and client preferences to ensure strength and longevity.
Q. What is the difference between modular and carpentry-made furniture?
Modular furniture is factory-made with precision, offering cleaner finishes and faster installation. Carpentry-made furniture is crafted on-site, allowing more customization during execution.

Q. Will I be able to see physical samples of laminates, finishes, or fabrics before finalization?
Yes—you can review physical samples and finishes at our design studio before finalizing all material selection.
