Q. Will you sign an agreement before starting?
Yes, a formal contract outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, payment schedule, quality benchmarks, warranty, and exit clauses is mutually signed before work begins.
Q. What are your cancellation or refund policies?
Cancellation terms are detailed in our agreement. Generally, payments for completed design work or site work already executed are non-refundable. Undisbursed advance can sometimes be adjusted against future work or material orders.
