You’ll receive finalized 2D drawings, 3D renders, BOQ, material list, warranties, structural/civil scope (if applicable), and maintenance guidelines.
Q. Do you provide BOQ, drawings, or floor plans?
Yes, we include detailed Bills of Quantities, Floor Plans, Elevations, and Furniture Layouts in your final documentation.
Q. Will I get a maintenance manual?
Yes, we provide easy-to-follow maintenance guides for finishes, fixtures, and systems used.
Q. Do you give a final inspection report?
Yes, a detailed handover report including quality checks and punch-list items is shared before final acceptance.
Q. What is the process of handover?
Final inspection → Punch-list closure → Handover meeting → Client sign-off → Final invoice → Maintenance briefing.
Q. Will you help in arranging final cleaning?
Yes, we coordinate end-of-project cleaning (dust cleaning, window washing, etc.) before handing over.
Q. Do you provide material and brand details?
Yes, your handover pack includes brand names, model numbers, specs, and purchase sources for all materials and fixtures.
