Q. How do you manage changes in budget during the project?
If scope or requirements change mid-project, we log these as change orders with updated quotations. No work proceeds without your written approval, ensuring budget clarity.
Q. Do you work with fixed or flexible pricing?
We typically work on fixed-price packages, especially for turnkey solutions. Q. What is included and not included in turnkey pricing?
Our turnkey quotes cover design, execution, materials, labour, supervision, and project management. Exclusions like taxes, civil structural changes beyond scope, and specialized vendor costs are clearly mentioned.
Q. Do you provide EMI or financing options?
Currently, we don’t directly offer financing. However, we plan to partner with banks/ fintech firms to provide EMI options.
Q. What is your payment schedule for the Turnkey Project?
Standard payment milestones are:
- Initial advance to start the design (based on your project)
- 50% at the start of execution
- 30% after false ceiling, electrification, furniture carcass is done
- Remaining 20% after laminate application is done
Q. Is GST applicable to your charges?
Yes, all our invoices include GST as per Indian tax laws and are clearly indicated.
Q. Will I get invoices for all payments?
Absolutely, every payment you make is accompanied by a GST-compliant invoice.
Q. Are material costs included in the final quote?

Q. Do you take advance before starting work?
We request an initial advance (10–20%) to begin the design phase, followed by staged payments aligned with milestones.
Q. What happens if I want to stop the project midway?
You can terminate the project, but payments made until that point will be non-refundable. Any outstanding balances for completed work or materials will be due as per contractual terms.
Q. Do you charge for site visits or design consultation?
Site visits and initial consultations are free (in Pune/Hyderabad). However, detailed design services beyond a certain scope may be separately chargeable, as per quoted scope before proposal.
